Antes Insurance Team Tournament

The 2026 edition of the Antes Insurance Team Tournament returns to Vittoriosa Lawn Tennis Club, taking place between May and June and proudly sponsored by Antes Insurance Brokers. The tournament kicks off on Wednesday 13th May 2026, with matches held every Wednesday and Friday at 6:30pm. Played over seven weeks, the competition features a five-week qualifying phase, followed by semi-finals in week six and the final in week seven.Players will be grouped into teams by captains, creating a balanced and competitive environment. Matches will follow a two-set format using the deciding point system, with rubbers scheduled to ensure players do not always compete at the same time. Each participant is guaranteed a minimum of three matches, with the possibility of playing up to four depending on team progression.The tournament is open to all paid-up members aged 14 and over, with entries accepted on a first come, first served basis. The participation fee is €15, payable online before the start of the tournament, and applications close on Friday 3rd May 2026 or once the maximum number of players is reached. Designed to blend competition with club camaraderie, this event remains a key highlight in the VLTC calendar.
